The group is composed of adults who have lost a loved one via a health issue, accidental death, or suicide. The group is facilitated by a trained individual who has also navigated the journey of grief and the meetings are in an open-share environment that provides strategies for handling the loss of a loved one. The mission of the North Raleigh Adult Grief Group is to facilitate a safe venue for everyone to be heard and express their pain during a profound loss.
